Rooms are cramped with limited electrical sockets!!! The locked fridge is quite inconvenient!!! Bathroom cleanliness needs to be addressed as well. The decor feels outdated and needs a refresh!!!

Great location on sea front. Very courteous & helpful staff (esp. Michael on the front desk). Nice bar area.
Nothing that spoilt our holiday in any way. No WiFi, but staff were up- front when we asked and said it was 'broken' (plenty of bars in the vicinity had free WiFi anyway)

Globally nice staff. Excellent location.
Bad smell in the room due to some problems with wc tubing. Wi-fi internet not available in our room, although the hotel mentioned it was available in all rooms (poor, poor signal). Having to pay an extra charge for a baby cot.

The room was very clean, the position very close to the beach, the personnel was kind and helpful, good price-quality ratio.
The noise during the evening because of live music in the hotel hall and of the street may be very disturbing (it depends on the position of the room). The breakfast was basically OK, despite we had to share a table with the guests of another room (there are not enough tables) and we were not informed about. The double bed was small, as well as the room. The internet via WiFi did not work (but we have been refunded).
